Refund policy

At Essential Ember Co., we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer refunds under the following conditions. 

• Refund request my be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products may be opened, but must be undamaged, unused, and in original condition, and in original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and inserts.
• Any product that shows signs of damage, excessive wear, or misuse will not be eligible for a refund.
• Non-returnable: Sale items, gift cards, and any oils (apothecary, incense, etc) are a final sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
